Yes. You can reschedule your attraction bookings through our Booking Portal, subject to availability.

Each booking can be amended up to 3 times at no additional cost. Once logged in, you'll be able to view how many amendments remain on your booking.

Availability can change regularly, so we recommend booking in advance. During peak periods, such as weekends and school holidays, popular timeslots may become fully booked.

Multi-attraction Ticket Terms & Conditions

Tickets are valid for one visit per attraction only. All attractions included within a multi-attraction ticket must be visited within 7 days of your first attraction visit. For passes that include the London Dungeon, guests aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over, and children under 5 are not permitted to enter the London Dungeon. All tickets are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable and not for resale. Ticket prices may be subject to change. Savings are based on purchasing adult standard tickets individually at the attraction on the day and will vary depending on the combination of tickets and passes purchased. Entry to included attractions may require a pre-booked timeslot. Guests should reserve their visit through the Booking Portal or as otherwise instructed.
