When booking online, you will be required to choose a time slot. Your ticket's designated time marks your queue entry time.

If you've booked a visit to multiple London attractions, you have booked a date and time for Shrek's Adventure London only.

You have 90 days to visit the other attractions included in your ticket after visiting Shrek's Adventure London. We recommend booking your time slots in advance, as availability is subject to change.

Big Bus

Big Bus tickets do not require timed entry. You can simply show your ticket at any time within 90 days of visiting Shrek's Adventure London.

If you are an annual pass holder, please make sure you book a visit date and timeslot prior to visiting.

When obtaining tickets from a third-party source (outside the official Shrek's Adventure London website), please carefully follow their instructions for redemption.
